BitPonder is an independent educational platform operated by a sole trader based in Malta. It offers a free read-only wallet checker and paid one-to-one educational sessions on Cosmos ecosystem topics. Contact: [email protected].
The wallet checker at bitponder.com is provided free of charge. It queries public blockchain nodes and displays data as-is. By using the tool you acknowledge:
Sessions are educational and procedural in nature. They cover how specific actions in the Cosmos ecosystem work - staking, unstaking, swapping, wallet security hygiene, reading transactions, identifying scam patterns. They do not constitute financial or investment advice, and nothing communicated in a session should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Session prices are shown on the booking page in EUR, converted to ATOM at the live exchange rate via CoinGecko. Payment is made on-chain on Cosmos Hub to the address shown on the booking page. The ATOM amount is fixed at the time of booking; on-chain fees are the buyer's responsibility.
A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified on-chain and you receive written confirmation by email. Submitting the booking form without verified payment does not reserve a slot.
Cancellation by you. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, or do not attend, no refund is due.
Consumer right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes) and the service has not yet been delivered, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking confirmation without giving any reason, and receive a full refund. By explicitly requesting that the session take place within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that this right is forfeited once the session is completed.
Cancellation by us. If we need to cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling.
Approved refunds are returned in ATOM to the wallet address from which payment was made, using the same exchange rate as the original transaction. Refunds cannot be issued in fiat currency. Blockchain transaction fees are not refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitPonder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: reliance on information provided by the wallet checker or in a session; errors or delays in third-party blockchain data; on-chain transaction failures; or actions you take with your own wallet or assets. This limitation does not affect rights you have as a consumer under mandatory EU or Maltese law.
The content of this site, including the tool code, session materials, and written content, is the property of the operator. You may not reproduce or distribute it commercially without written permission.
These terms are governed by Maltese law. For disputes with consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the competent Maltese courts, or to an Alternative Dispute Resolution body where required by applicable law.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. Material changes will be announced via the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
